Services
Mixing, mastering, stem mastering, 1-on-1 production coaching, and digital sample packs, as described on wavaudiolab.ch and in this tool. Pricing shown at the time of order is the price that applies to that order.
Payment
Payment is due before final files are delivered. Sample packs are paid at checkout. For mixing, mastering, and coaching, payment terms are confirmed with you directly before work begins.
Revisions
Mixing includes revisions until you're satisfied with the result. Mastering includes reasonable adjustment rounds if the target isn't there yet. This isn't unlimited in the sense of scope changes or a fundamentally different brief — it covers getting the agreed brief right.
Turnaround & delivery
Mastering is typically 2–4 days; mixing depends on session complexity, with a realistic estimate given before work starts. Files are delivered through this tool's own dashboard.
Cancellations & refunds
Sample packs: digital goods, non-refundable once the download link has been issued. Mixing/mastering/coaching: if you cancel before work has started, you'll be refunded in full; once work has started, you'll be charged for work already completed. Reach out directly if something's gone wrong — reasonable issues get worked out case by case.
Intellectual property
You keep full rights to your own music. Sample packs are licensed for use within your own productions, released or unreleased — reselling or redistributing the pack's raw files themselves, on their own, isn't permitted.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Wavaudiolab isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the delivered files or this tool, to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
Your data
Audio files, account details, and project information you submit are used only to deliver the service you've asked for, and aren't sold or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to run this tool (e.g. hosting, payment processing).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
